Lindsey Gauzza is a partner with the firm. Before joining the Law Office of Cheryl David, Ms. Gauzza clerked for two years at the New York Immigration Court through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. She graduated from Temple University School of Law in 2009, where she served as a Senior Production Editor for the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. During law school, Ms. Gauzza interned at the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society in Philadelphia as well as the New York Immigration Court. Ms. Gauzza previously worked as a paralegal in a small immigration and criminal defense law firm in Philadelphia.
Ms. Gauzza is a member of the New York American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and the New York Bar.
